David Kohn has been on the Board of Directors of the MG Foundation of California since 2001 and has twice been honored at the Foundation’s annual Dinner Gala. He is currently an Executive Vice President at California United Bank (CUNB), a bank that solely caters to small and medium sized businesses headquartered in southern California. David has worked in commercial banking since 1989.
David was born in New York City, but raised in Woodland Hills, California. He graduated from University of California at Santa Barbara in August 1989 with a degree in Business Economics. In addition, he received his accreditation as a Certified Public Accountant in August 1993. In addition to the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of California, David serves on the board of SOS Mentors, a non-profit that assists Los Angeles children to make healthy lifestyle choices as they grow into adults. He currently resides in La Canada with his wife of twenty-two years, Mary, and their two children, Samantha and Elizabeth. He enjoys water skiing, basketball and tennis, in addition to traveling.
