Directions:
Take the 91 Freeway and exit at La Sierra. Go north to Magnolia and turn right. Turn right on the next street which is Park Sierra. Turn left into the Kaiser parking lot.
Go to Medical Office #1 building and turn right towards Medical Office #2 entrance. Go into Medical Office #2 and to the Conference Room #139 on the left side across from the Information Desk.
