The Annual Meeting of the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of California was held recently at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Guest speaker was Dr. Perry B. Shieh, a neuromuscular specialist and co-director of the MDA Clinic at UCLA Medical Center.  He received his M.D. and Ph.D. degrees from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine before receiving his neurology residency training at Stanford Hospital and his neuromuscular fellowship training at the Brigham and Women's Hospital and Children's Hospital of Boston.
